pri pouziti standardneho file transfer protokolu ktory pouziva TCP protokol je
pri takejto latencii schopny dosiahnut max. rychlost prenosu cca 5 Mbps po
ladeni TCP stacku ako velkost TCP Window a podobne. Problem je v tom, ze sa
prilis dlho caka na TCP ACK a pod. (podrobnosti napr. na <A

beta klientami ktori napr. neodkazu nastavit max. sirku pasma aby to nevyzralo
