Unable to load interpreter:

   This almost always comes from exceeding the Open file
   limit. 

   Probably the most common error message. By default a
   linux system allows 1024 open files on a system. Opening
   up even a commmand shell like bash opens up several file
   handles. 

   As a system gets busier, the limit on file handles is often
   reached by processes attempting to create subprocesses.
   This is often the error message you get when that happens.
