takze GNU GPL ako taka je chranena autorskym zakonom -- nemozes si svojvolen
vydat novu verziu -- to moze iba Free Software Foundation, Inc.

a keby si sa chcel velmi hrat na sefa, tak programatori moze velmi rychlo
vynechat klauzulu "or later", pretoze ich nic nezavazuje ju tam mat:

|Program specifies a version number of this License which applies to it and
|"any later version", you have the option of following the terms and
|conditions either of that version or of any later version published by the
|Free Software Foundation.  If the Program does not specify a version number
