track_vars boolean
If enabled, then Environment, GET, POST, Cookie, and Server variables can
be found in the global associative arrays $HTTP_ENV_VARS, $HTTP_GET_VARS,
$HTTP_POST_VARS, $HTTP_COOKIE_VARS, and $HTTP_SERVER_VARS.

Note that as of PHP 4.0.3, track_vars is always turned on.
