[linux] apache restart problem

Zdravim konferu,
neviem od kedy, ale nemozem restartovat apache (stop-start ide, ale
restart/reload nie).

1)
$ apachectl start
/usr/sbin/apachectl start: httpd started
2)
$ apachectl restart
/usr/sbin/apachectl restart: httpd restarted
3)
$ apachectl restart
/usr/sbin/apachectl restart: httpd not running, trying to start
/usr/sbin/apachectl restart: httpd started

Pri pokuse o restart dostanem v logu "SIGHUP received.  Attempting to
restart", co je OK, ale tam to skonci... apache sa nerozbehne.

apache v1.3.29.0.2-4

nestretol sa niekto s niecim podobnym?
