[linux] Problem s iceauth a dcop server-om

Vazena konfrencia!

Pri starte KDE non root user-om natava problem pri restarte dcop server-a.
Volanie programu  dcopserver dava hlasky typu

a to napriek tomu, ze prava na /tmp su 41777 a pokracuje to
