[sk-i18n] Please update Vim translations

Hello translators,

A lot of progress has been made on preparing for a Vim 9.0 release.
As part of that error messages have been collected in src/errors.h.
There are quite a few new messages for the Vim 9 script additions.

Please take some time to update translations.  You can either do all at
once and send me the result, or split it up in batches.  Up to you.

It might be best to open a pull request on Github, then others can have
a look and perhaps suggest improvements.  But you can also just send me
the updated file.

I know that doing translations is a lot of work.  Please reach out to
others to help, spread the work if you can.

There is no fixed date for the release yet, but pleas aim at getting it
done without a couple of months.
